I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember, it’s something I’ve always loved doing. I started by preparing healthy meals for myself on my lifestyle journey and so many family and friends wanted in on my delicious creations. Meal prepping can be hard for some and that’s why I’m here! Cooking delicious and healthy food should never be a hassle, but in our busy world today, I completely get where it can be that way. I expanded while I was working as a full-time chemist in Morgantown, WV. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to provide healthy and fresh homecooked meals to some West Virginia University athletes and I cannot wait to continue my journey to reaching more people in the community. After deciding to leave my full-time career and devote myself to my passion for cooking, I knew my calling was to curate and provide freshly prepared individual meals for all types of lifestyles and dietary needs!

Foods and meal prep items are processed in a kitchen that produces dishes and containers utilizing and not limited to dairy, milk, wheat, soybean, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, and egg products. If you have a food allergy or special dietary requirements, please contact or leave in the additional comment when placing your order. Alterations to any meal will be made with best intent based on base recipe and business discretion. Meals can only be altered to a reasonable request. If the request cannot be made, a refund will be given. All meals are to be pre-paid via the payment options established on the website and any orders/meals not picked up on the customer chosen date and time will be fully forfeited and no refund will be given unless prior notice and agreement has been established between customer and the business. Under no circumstances shall the company, business, or its direct affiliates, partners, vendors, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect or direct damages or legal action.
